A: All the products adopt food grade material.  

Q: For new items, can we make new mould for production.

A: Yes, we will make new mould for new items. 

Q: Can I have a sample?

A: The ready sample in stock is free. With your logo printing, it causes sample fee. The sample fee will be refunded or not depends on the quantity of bulk order.

Q: How long is the production lead time?

A: For ready samples, it takes about 2-3 days. With customized design, it takes about 5-7 days. And It takes about 20 days for mass production.

Q: Can I print custom logo on products?

A: Yes, any custom logo is acceptable; also, customized packaging is available.

Q: Can we ship the goods with our forwarder?
