Gallon Water Bottle

Raw material preparation: The main raw materials used in the production of gallon water bottles include plastic materials such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET). These materials must undergo stringent quality testing to ensure they meet production standards.

Blow moulding: In plastic hollow blow moulding technology, the extruded or injection moulded pipe blanks are placed in the mould and compressed air is introduced to blow them up and tighten them against the wall of the mould cavity, then they are cooled and shaped and then demolded to obtain the hollow products.

Water treatment: The water used for production must be filtered and sterilised in several stages to ensure that it is clear and free of impurities and bacteria. The treated water should have a certain residual chlorine content and effective chlorine action time.

Cylinder cleaning and Sterilisation: Cylinders must be cleaned and sterilised prior to filling. The bottles are immersed for 30 minutes in a sterilising solution with a concentration of 120ppm-150ppm.

Filling: The cleaned and sanitised bottles are sent to the filling machine, which automatically fills the bottles with the beverage to ensure that the volume of each bottle exactly matches the product requirements.

Capping and labelling: After filling, the bottles are transferred to the capping machine for capping. After capping, the bottles pass through the labeller to apply the product label and associated information.

Quality control: Quality control is a critical part of the entire production process. Sampling and testing are carried out regularly on the production line to check that the indicators of the beverage meet the standards.

Packaging and Distribution: After quality control, the beverages are packaged into cartons and prepared for distribution to various channels. During the distribution process, the temperature and environmental conditions of the beverages must be maintained to ensure the freshness and quality of the product.
