Production Process for Plastic Wine Cups
Mould installation and Material preparation: Install the mould on the plastic cup making machine and use the sheeting machine to make the brand new plastic PP granule material into sheet and roll it into a bucket.
Production process: Load the sheet into the feeder of the plastic cup making machine and start the production after heating by the oven. Feeding sheet, heating, moulding and finally making plastic wine cups.
Packaging and Colour printing: For cups sold in the market, the cup stacking machine is used to stack the cups and then box them; for cups sold in supermarkets, the cup stacking machine is used to automatically stack the cups and then feed them into the automatic bag of the packaging machine; for products that cannot be used with the cup stacking machine, the robotic hand is used to suck out the products and palletise and pack them; for cups that need to be colour printed, the cups are fed into the colour printing machine; for products that need to be printed, the colour printed cups are fed into the colour printing machine for printing.
Residual material processing and Reproduction: The edge material produced in the production process is put into the crusher to be processed into granules, mixed with new material and then put into the sheeting machine to pull the sheet. Here we can use automatic loading machine to save labour.
